Art Director

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the development of creative strategy across a variety of global marketing campaigns
• Manage the end-to-end creative process from research and ideation through to shoot and post-production
• Deliver high-quality concept presentations that clearly articulate creative direction
• Work closely with Production to identify and engage collaborators such as photographers and stylists
• Direct and support on-set execution to ensure content aligns with the approved creative vision
• Oversee post-production and image cropping to maintain brand consistency and quality
• Develop and implement style guides across fashion, model, and still life categories
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and priorities are met

Requirements

• Proven experience in Art Direction within luxury fashion, creative production, or design environments
• A strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and execution across stills and moving image
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience working on set and directing creative outputs
• Strong eye for design, layout, and typography
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
