Art Director

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from an artistic perspective and manage assigned artists
• Take responsibility for final delivery and quality control regarding artistic direction, technical restrictions, and deadlines
• Assist in creating all necessary project materials from the concept phase through to the final product
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workloads, and adjust schedules as needed
• Review graphic materials to assess validity and appropriateness
• Identify work process improvements and ensure high-quality output
• Foster a friendly and constructive environment for cross-team collaboration

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar Art Director role
• Strong understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, and technical budgeting
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to adapt to different art styles
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team of artists
• High attention to visual detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Understanding of global markets, player behavior, and international trend aesthetics
• Fluency in English
