Responsibilities

• Own and evolve BJAK’s visual identity across all touchpoints including layout, typography, and motion
• Translate business and marketing objectives into strong creative concepts and scalable visual frameworks
• Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, product, performance, and print channels
• Produce and refine high-impact creative for key campaigns and initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and elevate a small, high-performing creative team
• Review work and provide actionable feedback to maintain high standards of craft and speed

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in art direction, design, or creative leadership
• A strong portfolio showcasing visual systems, campaigns, and multi-channel work
• Solid understanding of branding, design principles, and digital content
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows
• Experience guiding designers and improving output through hands-on feedback
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands
