Art Director

Responsibilities

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for IMC, digital, and social campaigns
• Design aesthetic Key Visuals, digital artworks, and social assets (static & motion)
• Manage visual quality and production from concept to final delivery
• Present ideas and visual direction to internal teams, partners, and clients
• Partner with Art Directors and designers on mood boards, storyboards, and proposal decks
• Adopt new design trends, cultural movements, and emerging AI technology

Requirements

• 6–7 years of experience in a creative or digital agency role
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Arts, or a related field
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of video/motion platforms and AI design tools
• Good English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D design
• Experience with UI design
