Art Director 2D

Responsibilities

• Develop original visual concepts and direct creative output across branding, marketing, event, and digital campaigns
• Translate brand stories into visually engaging design languages for ATL, BTL, digital, MICE, and experiential formats
• Lead, guide, and review the work of design team members providing constructive feedback
• Design creative visual assets for conferences, activations, exhibitions, and internal branding
• Partner with copywriters, programmers, production teams, and client leads to translate concepts into integrated campaigns
• Ensure brand identity is consistently maintained through all deliverables
• Stay ahead of design and cultural trends to proactively evolve creative output

Requirements

• Degree in Applied Arts, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent
• 8–10 years of experience in graphic design within the event, media, advertising, or creative industry
• Proven expertise in event design, brand activation, and integrated campaign design
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, typography, and layout design
