Art and Culture Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the artistic and cultural portfolio for the high school campus, including representative, formative, and instructional areas.
• Manage and elevate high-performance student talent to national and international levels through effective program management and recruitment.
• Oversee the production of high-impact cultural shows and spectacles on campus.
• Implement communication and promotion strategies to ensure community participation in artistic activities.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to recruit top-tier artistic and cultural professionals and instructors.
• Manage the department budget in compliance with institutional processes.
• Foster a sense of belonging and cultural appreciation among high school students through art.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Cultural Management, Music, Architecture, Literature, Communication, or Humanistic Studies.
• Proven experience in arts-based competency development and training.
• Experience leading and coordinating high-performance teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to travel for national or regional events.
• Strong skills in self-management and collaborative teamwork.
