About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor an olfactory exercise program for panelist calibration
- Design dynamics focused on intensity scales, technical language, and olfactory memory
- Perform statistical analysis of results to identify panelist positioning and areas of opportunity
- Document the fragrance chapter and support the validation of sensory methodologies
- Develop and present a validated improvement proposal for the program
Requirements
- Student in R&D (Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Materials, or similar)
- Graduation date in June 2027 or later
- Conversational English skills
- Availability for 6 hours daily, Monday to Friday, onsite in Monterrey, MX
- Proficiency in Excel and interest in sensory analysis
- Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of EyeQuestion or Uncountable
- Experience with MIRO for collaborative work
