Aroma Intern

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor an olfactory exercise program for panelist calibration
• Design dynamics focused on intensity scales, technical language, and olfactory memory
• Perform statistical analysis of results to identify panelist positioning and areas of opportunity
• Document the fragrance chapter and support the validation of sensory methodologies
• Develop and present a validated improvement proposal for the program

Requirements

• Student in R&D (Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Materials, or similar)
• Graduation date in June 2027 or later
• Conversational English skills
• Availability for 6 hours daily, Monday to Friday, onsite in Monterrey, MX
• Proficiency in Excel and interest in sensory analysis
• Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of EyeQuestion or Uncountable
• Experience with MIRO for collaborative work
