Army Aviation Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational functions, budgets, manpower, and resources for Army Aviation maintenance at the designated site
• Direct the accomplishment of site-specific program goals and monitor achievement
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all contract activities, serving as the principal representative for Amentum
• Oversee personnel, finance, training, supply systems, and support services
• Maintain effective relationships with military officials, local government, and business officials
• Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Communicate new requirements, concerns, and operational status to the PMO and corporate management

Requirements

• 10 years of rotary wing Aviation Maintenance experience (specifically UH-60, AH-64, or CH-47)
• 5 years of supervisory experience
• 5 years of US Army rotary wing aviation maintenance experience
• 2 years of US Army aviation maintenance supervisory experience
• US Citizenship (required for Public Trust security clearance and base access)
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid FAA A&P certificate
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements
