Active Secret security clearance, 6 months experience in Law Enforcement, Corrections, Security, or US Armed Forces, Ability to pass annual physical fitness evaluation, Ability to complete 40 hours of annual In-Service Training
About the role
Responsibilities
- Control facility access by monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting vehicles, and verifying personnel identification
- Respond to base situations using appropriate escalation of force levels in accordance with established Use of Force Policy
- Respond to incidents including fire, medical emergencies, bomb threats, hazardous materials, and inclement weather
- Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity
- Maintain proficiency and safety in the use of all assigned equipment, control devices, and weapon systems
- Complete 40 hours of annual In-Service Training
- Pass an annual physical fitness evaluation
Requirements
