ARM Retail Experience Lead, EMEA

Responsibilities

• Drive sell-out of new HP AI PCs featuring ARM processors by managing store-level targets and processes.
• Lead and manage performance for 3rd party promoter teams deployed to key retail locations.
• Support and monitor the execution and maintenance of in-store displays and Point of Purchase (POP) materials.
• Overseline retail associate engagement through training platforms, content management, and sales enablement tools.
• Manage budget reconciliation related to the ARM retail initiative.
• Partner with internal HP and ARM teams to enhance customer experiences across key EMEA retailers.

Requirements

• University Degree.
• 6-8 years of experience in retail execution and operations (e.g., displays, training, field force management, or consumer electronics activations).
• Proven expertise in EMEA retail operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with regional and country-level teams.
• Direct experience in the consumer electronics or retail sector within the EMEA region.
• Knowledge of internal go-to-market, budget, and administrative processes.
