Arils Production Lead

Responsibilities

• Support and guide production employees to ensure safe work practices and compliance with GMPs and food safety standards
• Execute daily production plans by verifying schedules, materials, and staffing
• Monitor KPIs including production rates, yield, downtime, and quality
• Operate and support production equipment such as ORICS, Jurans, and labeling systems
• Set up and verify coding and labeling systems for accuracy and traceability
• Perform inspections and quality checks on raw materials and finished goods
• Maintain sanitation, GMP, and SSOP standards
• Monitor production flow through HMI systems to identify bottlenecks
• Respond to equipment issues and process disruptions
• Coordinate breaks and lunches to maintain continuous operations
• Ensure accurate traceability through proper labeling and lot tracking
• Complete end-of-shift reporting on production performance and KPIs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of production processes and KPIs
• Understanding of GMPs, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay organized in a changing production environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or a production environment
