Arils Maintenance Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations for extraction, arils processing, packaging, utilities, and facility systems
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, HMIs, VFDs, and electrical systems (24VDC–480VAC)
• Develop and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and Corrective Maintenance programs using CMMS
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and reliability initiatives to reduce equipment failures
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRC, OSHA, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standards
• Train and mentor maintenance personnel to support workforce development

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic production systems
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, automation controls, and instrumentation
• Experience reading electrical schematics, P&IDs, and OEM manuals
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of related experience in packing or production machinery
• Ability to operate mobile equipment like forklifts and aerial lifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of welding and fabrication (TIG, MIG, stainless steel)
• Experience in a high-speed food manufacturing environment
