Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales organization
- Hire and develop Regional Directors
- Drive pipeline generation and new logo acquisition at enterprise scale
- Step into critical deals and drive them to close
- Lead strategic enterprise relationships
- Partner cross-functionally to accelerate growth
- Own pipeline, forecast, and revenue for the East region
Requirements
- Strong track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals
- Experience selling into enterprise security buyers (CISO-level)
- Experience in high-growth environments
- Ability to build pipeline from scratch
- Proven ability to hire strong talent
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Identity
- Experience managing managers
