Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales organization
  • Hire and develop Regional Directors
  • Drive pipeline generation and new logo acquisition at enterprise scale
  • Step into critical deals and drive them to close
  • Lead strategic enterprise relationships
  • Partner cross-functionally to accelerate growth
  • Own pipeline, forecast, and revenue for the East region

Requirements

  • Strong track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals
  • Experience selling into enterprise security buyers (CISO-level)
  • Experience in high-growth environments
  • Ability to build pipeline from scratch
  • Proven ability to hire strong talent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Identity
  • Experience managing managers
