Area Value Stream Leader - Continuous Improvement

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic alignment to ensure a robust pipeline of initiatives and a 5-year improvement plan to meet cost and competitiveness targets
• Monitor and implement LEAN process improvements and drive adherence to process standards including KPIs, 5S, and problem solving
• Integrate process improvements with data analytics, agile methodologies, and digitalization tools such as machine learning, AI, and Power BI
• Lead cross-functional teams for key site initiatives, guiding execution and reporting progress against milestones
• Facilitate ideation sessions to generate new initiatives and partner with owners to develop rigorous project timelines
• Provide coaching to project teams on dashboarding, data transformation, and execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with leadership in process improvement
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Background in data analytics integration, dashboarding, and the digitalization of manufacturing processes
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract key concepts from complex data sources
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills for leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization

• Lean Practitioner certification
