Responsibilities
- Supervise all security-related activities on site
- Monitor and manage the performance of guards on site
- Improve service quality and guard productivity
- Minimize customer complaints and reduce theft or property damage
- Manage incident reduction, including accidents and injuries
- Monitor and reduce guard sick leave
Requirements
- PSIRA Grade A registration (up to date)
- Grade 12 certificate
- Medical Level 1-3
- Firefighting course certification
- Driver’s License Code 8
- Firearm Competency (Handgun)
- Business purposes Handgun competency
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- No criminal record
- Neat and well-groomed appearance
