Area Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple store locations in the Framingham area
• Ensure all locations meet brand standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Manage and support store managers to drive sales and operational excellence
• Monitor inventory levels and labor costs to ensure profitability
• Implement company policies and procedures consistently across the area

Requirements

• Previous experience working within the Domino's system is mandatory
• Proven leadership experience in a multi-unit or supervisory role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, afternoons, and nights
