- Oversee daily operations across multiple Domino's locations in the Lynn, MA area
- Ensure all stores meet brand standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Manage and support store managers to drive sales and operational excellence
- Monitor inventory levels, labor costs, and food waste to maintain profitability
- Implement company policies and procedures consistently across all assigned sites
Requirements
- Previous experience working within the Domino's system is mandatory
- Proven leadership experience in a multi-unit or supervisory role within the food service industry
- Strong understanding of operational metrics and P&L management
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, afternoons, and nights
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
