Area Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple Domino's locations in the Lowell area
• Ensure all stores meet brand standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Manage and support store managers to drive operational excellence and profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and labor costs to optimize store performance
• Implement company policies and procedures consistently across the assigned area

Requirements

• Previous experience working within the Domino's system is mandatory
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced food service environment
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, afternoons, and nights
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple sites
