Area Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple Domino's locations in the Lanse, MI area
• Ensure all stores meet brand standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Manage and support store managers to drive operational excellence and profitability
• Monitor inventory levels, labor costs, and food waste to optimize performance
• Implement company policies and procedures consistently across all assigned sites

Requirements

• Previous experience working within the Domino's system is mandatory
• Proven leadership experience in a multi-unit or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of food service operations and customer service excellence
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, afternoons, and nights
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
