Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety across all projects and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations
• Recruit, lead, and mentor the field team and site superintendents
• Develop and implement technical construction training programs
• Monitor progress across multiple projects to ensure alignment with quality and schedule objectives
• Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards through regular site inspections
• Partner with planning, procurement, and manufacturing to allocate resources and improve processes
• Assist in the product development process to optimize for safety, quality, and cost

Requirements

• At least 8 years of general construction experience in single-family residential
• At least 3 years of experience as a manager or team leader
• OSHA 30 certification
• Proven ability to train and support teams across multiple construction sites
• Proficiency in digital project management systems (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, P6, Jira)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrialized, prefab, or modular construction
• Experience at an early-stage or growth startup
• Experience with lean, agile, or pull planning
• Relevant certifications such as First Aid/CPR
