Area Specialist - Secondary Market

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell ready properties directly to clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends
• Conduct property presentations and represent the company at real estate events
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven secondary sales experience in the Dubai real estate market
• Ability to self-generate business and demonstrate a strong investment mindset
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Experience in luxury real estate is preferred
• Professional, ambitious, and performance-driven attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Multilingual capabilities (Arabic, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu, or French)
• Experience working with major Dubai developers
