About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive aftersales revenue by identifying performance gaps in service contracts, tire programs, and accessory sales
  • Manage dealer operations and profitability, including reviewing financial statements and benchmarking P&L improvements
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring CSI scores and resolving complex customer complaints
  • Oversee parts inventory management to ensure retail fill rates and minimize back orders
  • Implement marketing communication programs and service reminder campaigns to increase customer retention
  • Monitor dealer manpower, training compliance, and facility capacity to meet service demands
  • Conduct regular audits of dealer compliance with company standards, warranty processes, and 5S requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma, Bachelor's, or higher degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
  • 7-12 years of experience (for Bachelor's degree holders) or 9-14 years of experience (for Diploma holders)
  • Proven aftersales experience within the automotive manufacturing or OEM sector
  • OEM certified (minimum Level 2) on technical training modules
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Valid passport and strong driving skills for frequent travel
  • Ability to manage dealer relationships and handle technical diagnostics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of EV and Hybrid vehicle technologies
  • Experience with dealership management systems (DMS)
