Area Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Sell classified marketing packages and advertising solutions for the real estate sector
• Drive sales growth in assigned territories through regular market visits
• Identify new business opportunities with real estate agencies, property dealers, builders, and developers
• Maintain long-term relationships with key clients
• Achieve sales targets and coordinate with internal teams
• Ensure effective promotion and placement of classified marketing packages

Requirements

• Proven field sales experience, preferably in advertising, media sales, or real estate marketing
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel and conduct regular field visits
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts effectively
