About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and maintain strategic partnerships with banks, wealth management firms, brokers, financial advisors, and DSAs to promote Loan Against Securities (LAS).
  • Drive lead generation efforts through DSAs, FOS teams, and financial institutions to ensure a steady pipeline of potential clients.
  • Create new revenue streams by developing targeted campaigns with calling teams and partners to promote loan products.
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners and collaborate with legal teams to structure and finalize agreements.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to refine product offerings and partnership strategies.
  • Track partnership performance and provide detailed reports on business impact and progress to senior management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business finance, partnership management, business development, or sales.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining strategic partnerships within the financial services or fintech sectors.
  • Deep understanding of loan products, specifically Loan Against Securities (LAS), and the financial services ecosystem.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with DSAs, FOS teams, or fintech companies.
  • MBA or a relevant advanced degree.
