Area Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned area
• Provide clinical support and in-service training to healthcare professionals, including surgeons, intensivists, and nurses
• Conduct technical product presentations and training sessions
• Manage medical device consignment and monitor inventory movement
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and developing solutions
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports to the Supervisor
• Monitor and share current trends in the local healthcare market

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales environment
• Proven proficiency in driving and achieving sales targets
• Solid understanding of the local healthcare market and hospital hierarchy
• Strong negotiation and selling skills in competitive situations
• Fluency in both English and Thai (verbal and written)
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
