Area Sales Representative PT/OPE MILWAUKEE Romania

Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities within the South-East region of Romania
• Achieve turnover and profit targets through strategic product range development and promotional planning
• Monitor and analyze customer turnover, profitability, and accounts payable
• Support business partners by delivering high-impact merchandising in cooperation with the Marketing department
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and provide technical support
• Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and educate external stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of successful selling experience, specifically within professional or traditional channels
• Knowledge of power tools or outdoor power equipment is highly preferred
• Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new product technologies
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM and MS Office (including PowerPoint)
• Clean driving license and willingness to travel/work away from home when necessary
• Conversational English skills
