About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts to optimize profitability, cash flow, and receivables
- Generate new business leads and implement sales and marketing strategies to support account growth
- Analyze sales results against goals and budgets, providing corrective action plans when necessary
- Act as a technical advisor by recommending optimal lubricants and equipment to meet customer criteria
- Prepare and present marketing strategies, progress reports, and sales forecasts to management
- Maintain strong professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal team members
- Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and market activities to identify new opportunities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities with urgency
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in sales or a related field
- Experience in the lubrication or industrial products industry
