About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts to optimize profitability, cash flow, and receivables
  • Generate new business leads and implement sales and marketing strategies to support account growth
  • Analyze sales results against goals and budgets, providing corrective action plans when necessary
  • Act as a technical advisor by recommending optimal lubricants and equipment to meet customer criteria
  • Prepare and present marketing strategies, progress reports, and sales forecasts to management
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal team members
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and market activities to identify new opportunities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities with urgency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in sales or a related field
  • Experience in the lubrication or industrial products industry
