Responsibilities
- Own priority retail accounts through volume and sales growth
- Achieve weekly targets with a 100 case minimum
- Maintain consistent communication with distributor partners
- Review and adjust priority accounts and focuses monthly based on area needs and promotional schedules
- Manage and execute sales tactics and initiatives in accordance with goals and budget
- Drive velocities at the account level through demos and building off-shelf displays
- Report weekly to the Regional Sales Manager regarding goals, tactics, and initiatives
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably area-specific
- Previous experience as a brand ambassador or in hospitality/fast-paced food and beverage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
- Valid state driver's license and valid car insurance
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 40-50 lbs
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment involving prolonged driving, standing, or walking
