About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of all T&O products within the assigned Mumbai territory
- Manage and grow relationships through dealers, channel partners, and distributor networks
- Execute sales processes including territory mapping, key account mapping, and coverage
- Drive sales in both primary and secondary channels to increase profitability
- Manage collections and meet DSO targets
- Deploy market initiatives and promotions within the territory
- Execute product-pull plans through end-user coverage and consumer base expansion
Requirements
- BE/BTech or Graduate degree
- MBA in Marketing from a recognized B-school preferred
- 6-10 years of sales experience with expertise in Channel Sales and B2B/End-User sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven experience in sales planning and territory management
- Proficient computer and presentation skills
