Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of all T&O products within the assigned Mumbai territory
• Manage and grow relationships through dealers, channel partners, and distributor networks
• Execute sales processes including territory mapping, key account mapping, and coverage
• Drive sales in both primary and secondary channels to increase profitability
• Manage collections and meet DSO targets
• Deploy market initiatives and promotions within the territory
• Execute product-pull plans through strategic end-user coverage

Requirements

• BE/BTech or Graduate degree
• 6-10 years of sales experience with expertise in Channel Sales and B2B End-User Sales
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven experience in sales planning and territory management
• Proficient computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing from a recognized B-school
