About the role

Responsibilities

  • Originate and onboard potential dealers and vendors for Anchor-led Supply Chain Finance programs through field coverage.
  • Manage relationships with anchor business teams and lender SPOCs at regional and zonal levels to drive business outcomes.
  • Oversee the full transaction lifecycle for onboarded dealers/vendors, from limit setup to subsequent disbursal.
  • Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, field beat plans, and annual operating projections.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for other commercial banking debt products such as bill discounting, equipment finance, and working capital loans.
  • Drive revenue and AUM growth by managing limit utilization and timely renewals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Risk teams to design specific products and contribute to the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in commercial lending or supply chain finance.
  • Qualification of CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance.
  • Proven experience managing direct reporting teams across different geographies.
  • Deep understanding of debt products including working capital, factoring, vendor finance, dealer finance, and term loans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze balance sheets and P&L statements.
  • A number-driven mindset with a willingness to travel and meet revenue targets.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage complex business relationships.
