Area Sales Manager – SCF & MSME

Responsibilities

• Originate and onboard potential dealers and vendors for Anchor-led Supply Chain Finance programs through field coverage.
• Manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers to drive daily and weekly business outcomes and transaction closures.
• Build and maintain relationships with lender SPOCs at regional and zonal levels to drive business results.
• Oversee the full transaction lifecycle for onboarded entities, from limit setup to subsequent disbursal.
• Develop and execute sales plans, field beat plans, and annual operating projections to ensure target achievement.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other commercial banking debt products such as bill discounting, equipment finance, and working capital loans.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Risk teams to design products and contribute to the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in commercial lending or supply chain finance.
• Qualification of CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance.
• Proven experience managing direct reporting teams across different geographies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform deep balance sheet and P&L analysis.
• Deep understanding of debt products including factoring, vendor finance, dealer finance, and reverse factoring.
• A number-driven mindset with a willingness to travel and meet revenue targets.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage complex business relationships.
