Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise and support architects, acousticians, processors, dealers, and other specifying parties
• Manage and maintain existing customer relationships, including price and condition negotiations
• Drive intensive project acquisition and generate tenders
• Provide technical project support and monitoring
• Monitor submission deadlines to ensure tenders are implemented with company products
• Plan and conduct practical seminars and training sessions
• Analyze market and customer information

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial training
• Relevant professional experience in project sales within the construction industry
• Knowledge of building physics and construction is highly desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
• Residency in the Baden-Württemberg region
• Good English language skills are an advantage
