Area Sales Manager - On Trade - Mumbai

Responsibilities

• Deliver on key financial targets including NSV, Gross Margin, Profitability, and ROI
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key customers and distributors in Mumbai
• Execute brand activations and occasion-based price pack architecture to improve product mix
• Implement annual price increases and optimize promotional plans through ROI strategies
• Shape channel and portfolio strategies for the territory based on consumer insights
• Manage regional sales strategies, budgets, and price plans to drive brand visibility

Requirements

• Commercial experience in the beverages, FMCG, or alcohol-bev industry
• Proven first-hand experience in on-premises (on-trade) sales
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute effective channel strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Pro-active, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
