Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the pharmacy channel in Eastern Germany, focusing on revenue, profitability, and market share
• Lead, coach, and develop the field sales team to foster a high-performance culture
• Identify business opportunities and develop strategic measures to drive regional growth
• Utilize data to improve Sales Excellence and KPI performance
• Implement go-to-market strategies, including Perfect Store and Value-based Selling
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain departments
• Manage forecasts and contribute to strategic projects at the channel level

Requirements

• Multi-year sales experience in the pharmacy channel (OTC, Consumer Health, or Skincare)
• Proven experience in team leadership and people development
• University degree or comparable qualification (e.g., Pharmareferent)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results and initiative
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using digital tools and analyzing data
• Fluency in both German and English
