About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales through distribution channels for complete equipment and after-sales services, including spare parts and accessories
- Act as the primary point of contact between distributors and the company
- Ensure distributors meet established sales and billing targets
- Monitor and guarantee compliance with administrative, commercial, communication, and logistical processes
- Support distributors in commercial activities with end customers, such as training, presentations, and negotiations
- Monitor assigned markets and behaviors to inform business decision-making
- Create and manage an opportunity pipeline in Salesforce to ensure company visibility
- Serve as a liaison between distributors and internal departments like marketing, technical support, and logistics
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industrial sector, specifically with machinery equipment, after-sales, and services
- Proven experience in prospecting new clients
- Experience in developing service scope in the field
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Intermediate English language skills
