Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
- Expand and maintain a strong customer base in the assigned region
- Engage with Neuro, Spine, ENT, and Ortho surgeons to promote HRS Navigation solutions
- Deliver technical presentations to hospital stakeholders and provide clinical support
- Manage sales operations, customer services, and CRM systems
- Oversee dealer and stakeholder management and ensure timely payment collection
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in sales and business development
- Proven ability in customer relationship management and sales negotiations
- Technical proficiency to provide clinical demonstrations of medical devices
