Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
  • Expand and maintain a strong customer base in the assigned region
  • Engage with Neuro, Spine, ENT, and Ortho surgeons to promote HRS Navigation solutions
  • Deliver technical presentations to hospital stakeholders and provide clinical support
  • Manage sales operations, customer services, and CRM systems
  • Oversee dealer and stakeholder management and ensure timely payment collection

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales and business development
  • Proven ability in customer relationship management and sales negotiations
  • Technical proficiency to provide clinical demonstrations of medical devices
