Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales quotas for products, services, and software through effective promotion and selling.
• Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, including sales goals and marketing activities.
• Share detailed information regarding organization products, services, promotions, and configurations with partners.
• Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders within partner organizations.
• Monitor partner performance against targets and provide actionable feedback and guidance.
• Identify and initiate contact with potential new partners to expand the business footprint.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and analyze partner performance data to support decision-making.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies.

Requirements

• Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of professional work experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools (such as Salesforce) and standard sales processes.
• Proven skills in business development, account management, and sales territory management.
• Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
