Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment with business goals

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a first-line sales manager
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and guide sales teams

  • Ability to plan yearly business, build long-term forecasts, and manage spends
