Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve defined sales targets
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned geographic area
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Provide guidance, support, and training to sales team members within the area
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment with business goals
Requirements
- MBA in General Management, Business Management, Marketing, or Sales
- 2+ years of professional experience
- At least 1 year of experience as a first-line sales manager
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and guide sales teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the consumer industry
- Ability to plan yearly business, build long-term forecasts, and manage spends
- Proven track record of ensuring strong ROI on investments
