Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience as a first-line sales manager within the consumer industry
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
- Proficiency in sales planning and forecasting
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to plan yearly business, build long-term forecasts, and manage spends to ensure strong ROI
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and guide sales teams across a specific geography
- Experience in a similar role scope within the consumer goods sector
