About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals for the assigned territory in Noida.
- Support the Regional Sales Business Manager in promoting products to individual doctors and hospitals.
- Identify new business opportunities through tenders and government business sectors.
- Manage and ensure the efficient use of company demo units within the territory.
- Retain key accounts while exploring new business opportunities to expand the customer pool.
- Identify, develop, and manage various business channels, including distributors and direct sales.
- Provide techno-commercial solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate, Postgraduate, or MBA degree in any discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in sales management, channel management, and key account management.
- Direct experience in the Orthopedic sector.
- Experience with medical capital equipment is preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%) within the assigned region.
