About the role

About the Company

Exponent simplifies energy for EVs. Co-founded by industry veterans from Ather Energy and HUL, Exponent focuses on solving the energy problem by building the e^pump (charging station) and e^pack (battery pack) to unlock 15-minute rapid charging.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, onboard, and support dealer partners across the assigned territory
  • Drive sales volumes, revenue, and profitability targets for the assigned area
  • Plan and execute area-level sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead, train, and motivate sales teams to deliver strong results
  • Identify and open new market opportunities through dealer network expansion
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for local events and brand visibility
  • Ensure superior customer satisfaction and handle escalations at dealer touchpoints

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in sales and channel management
  • Experience in automotive or EV sectors preferred
  • Proven experience in dealer handling and territory management
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure
  • Startup experience is a bonus
