About the Company
Exponent simplifies energy for EVs. Co-founded by industry veterans from Ather Energy and HUL, Exponent focuses on solving the energy problem by building the e^pump (charging station) and e^pack (battery pack) to unlock 15-minute rapid charging.
Responsibilities
- Develop, onboard, and support dealer partners across the assigned territory
- Drive sales volumes, revenue, and profitability targets for the assigned area
- Plan and execute area-level sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead, train, and motivate sales teams to deliver strong results
- Identify and open new market opportunities through dealer network expansion
- Collaborate with marketing teams for local events and brand visibility
- Ensure superior customer satisfaction and handle escalations at dealer touchpoints
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in sales and channel management
- Experience in automotive or EV sectors preferred
- Proven experience in dealer handling and territory management
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure
- Startup experience is a bonus
