Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to sell and promote the Diatherix Eurofins product line
• Identify and develop new client opportunities to meet sales targets within the assigned region
• Educate customers on product value, demonstrating ROI and value-added propositions
• Manage territory organization, project planning, and customer requests/deadlines
• Monitor and evaluate competitive services, pricing, and market activities
• Collaborate with marketing and other sales teams to implement effective sales and marketing plans
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt resolutions to problems or concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Biological sciences such as Biology, Chemistry, or Microbiology preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience selling pharmaceuticals, laboratory services, or medically-related services
• Proven experience in the outpatient physician market
• B2B sales experience, including cold calling for new business
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling molecular diagnostics in the outpatient physician market
• Success calling on Pediatricians, GI, Family Practice, and Primary Care providers
• Knowledge related to PCR, infection prevention and control, and antimicrobials
