Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to sell and promote the Diatherix Eurofins product line
• Identify and develop new client opportunities within the assigned region
• Educate customers on product value, ROI, and value-added propositions
• Manage sales forecasting, budget tracking, and territory organization
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement strategic plans
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt resolutions to problems or concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Biological Sciences preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience selling pharmaceuticals, laboratory services, or medically-related services
• Experience in the outpatient physician market
• B2B sales experience, including cold calling for new business
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling molecular diagnostics in the outpatient physician market
• Success calling on Pediatricians, GI, Family Practice, and Primary Care
• Knowledge related to PCR, infection prevention and control, and antimicrobials
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to work independently in a large territory
