Responsibilities

  • Act as an Area Sales Manager directly at sales partner locations to drive the active sale of solar systems
  • Support sales partners in daily operations and provide personal customer consultation from initial contact to contract closure
  • Serve as the central interface between Enpal and sales partners to ensure professional and smooth cooperation
  • Implement sales strategies on-site to continuously increase closing rates
  • Actively support offer creation, contract clarification, and the closing of solar system projects
  • Represent the company professionally within the branch to contribute to sales success

Requirements

  • Several years of sales experience, ideally in direct sales or consultative product environments
  • Experience in photovoltaics or renewable energies is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-oriented skills
  • Independent, goal-oriented work style with a strong drive for success
  • Valid Class B driver's license and mobility for regular on-site presence
  • Residence within a maximum of 40 km of PLZ 39104
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken)
