Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial responsibilities with a focus on delivering value and volume growth
• Manage and develop a team of Territory Managers and off-roll executives
• Drive market share and brand presence within the Punjab market
• Execute promotional activities and activations for assigned territories and accounts
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and creative solutions to drive market growth

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience
• Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and distribution fundamentals
• Experience in the alcohol industry or a related industry within the assigned territory
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop talent to their maximum potential
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google suites
• A business development mindset with a focus on results and commercial acumen

• Ability to operate with a solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to create compelling narratives for stakeholders
• Experience managing large-scale territory business development
