About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial responsibilities with a focus on delivering value and volume growth
- Manage and develop a team of Territory Managers and off-roll executives
- Drive market share and implement creative brand-building strategies within the Punjab territory
- Execute promotional activities and activations with excellence across assigned accounts
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Monitor competitor activities and maintain high brand standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience
- Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and distribution fundamentals
- Experience within the alcohol industry or a related sector
- Proven ability to lead teams and develop talent toward their maximum potential
- Strong commercial acumen and business development mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google productivity suites
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
