About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle General Trade & Modern Trade for the category
- Responsible for primary and secondary target achievement in assigned territories
- Identify and develop key distributors in the assigned city
- Perform monthly sales planning and forecasting considering shelf life
- Manage channels and costs
- Track competition and develop proactive plans to counter new entrants
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Knowledge of retail channels and experience handling distributors and RS across the UP region
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a self-motivated and results-oriented manner
- Multilinguistic skills
