About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle General Trade & Modern Trade for the category
  • Responsible for primary and secondary target achievement in assigned territories
  • Identify and develop key distributors in the assigned city
  • Perform monthly sales planning and forecasting considering shelf life
  • Manage channels and costs
  • Track competition and develop proactive plans to counter new entrants

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of retail channels and experience handling distributors and RS across the UP region
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a self-motivated and results-oriented manner
  • Multilinguistic skills
