Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Independently manage, advise, and develop customers within the retail (LEH), beverage market (GAM), and Cash & Carry (C&C) channels
• Ensure optimal distribution, availability, and shelf placement for all brands
• Plan and implement secondary placements, promotions, and brand activations
• Manage and support promotional measures to drive sustainable sales growth
• Actively participate in trade-specific tenders, auctions, and industry trade fairs
• Continuously optimize territory management based on priorities, data, and clear objectives
• Maintain reporting and manage administrative tasks independently

Requirements

• Completed degree or commercial training with relevant sales experience
• Experience in the FMCG environment and stationary retail is preferred
• Strong sales skills, organizational ability, and a results-oriented mindset
• High level of personal responsibility, persuasiveness, and enthusiasm
• Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English
• Valid Class B driving license and high willingness to travel
